ABOUT THE ARTWORK

One summer evening in 1998, at a friend’s birthday party, there was a beautiful girl, a model, wearing a long, elegant, light-colored dress. I convinced her to pose for photographs on the terrace. It was past sunset (what the French call the blue hour), and the entire landscape was blue and moonlit. Inspired by one of the photos, I painted this picture
